Truluck's

Went out to Truluck's tonight. Ordered the Jonah Crab Leg platter & it was served on ice. It wasn't that good to me. I would of preferred a warm crab leg or something but oh well. The asparagus & the mashed potatoes were good though. For dessert, we had some tall chocolate tower that had yellow batter inside, along with fruit & a drizzle of chocolate sauce. To me, it was a huge dessert that wasn't as good as it looked.

For some reason, the 1st time I went there it was really good but this 2nd time around it wasn't that great. The people I were with ordered the Surf & Turf & the King Crab Leg & those were pretty good though. I'd definitely go there for the King Crab Legs!

Best Cat Toys

My cats are complete opposites but I will tell you that they both love these toys. I highly recommend these & they are affordable too!

Da Bird - Everyone cat I know loves this toy. You may think it's just like the ones at the petstore but it isn't. Da Bird makes a whispy sound that my cats just love & the stiff feather just flies through the air. It's like there's catnip on it or something because they just go crazy for it.




Cat Dancer - This is a big hit too. Cats love cardboard & the end of this toy is rolled up cardboard pieces. They love the springy motion of this toy, too bad it isn't longer though.



Laser Light - This is another cat favorite. They love the laser light & chirp when it comes on. After a long while though they get bored of it after they don't catch it but my cat Sugar (grey & white one) always munches on dry food when it goes that way.... maybe she thinks it's her reward?




Motor Mouse - This is not played with all the time but they love laying on it & once in awhile batting it before falling asleep or batting at it once they wake up. They usually play with it a few minutes randomly & love sticking their arms in it all the way to the other side to swing the mouse around. You can turn it on but it goes kinda fast & they play with it more when it isn't on.




Garfield Cat Dancer - My cats used to love this but it's more of a cute decoration around the house. Once in awhile they will sit under it & bat at it but it can easily break if they gnaw the string area or keep twisting it the opposite way when it's on. I just leave it off all the time.




Automatic Mouse Toy - Not sure what this toys exactly called but it's the yellow one on top of the condo. I forgot to put it back down after I put it up there lol. But you can turn it on & the mouse goes in & out. They don't really play with it on but once it's off they like to bat at it once in awhile. Twinkie (blonde cat) loves to lay his arms over it & sleep.

Motorcycle For Sale

My bf is selling his 2007 Yamaha Vstar Classic 650 for $3500 non-negotiable. It's a nice bike with only 2100 miles on it. It has a few scratches on it but hardly noticeable. It's always garaged & he has the title in hand. It has the floor boards & a passenger back rest too. If interested let me know. It still has a warranty until July 2009.

Star Trek Movie

Today I went to go see the new Star Trek movie. I don't normally like Star Trek but I heard that people who don't normally like it would enjoy it, especially girls. Well, I liked it & it kept me entertained. It had quite a few funny parts in it & I loved the Doctor. I thought they could of picked a better Kirk but he was good for the role.

Best Way To Clean Up Cat Messes

I use Nature's Miracle. It's the best cleaner I've found that has a neutral smell. It's best to buy a big gallon bottle (cheaper) and pour it into little spray bottles to distribute around the house. If your like me, you will always place one bottle somewhere & look for it everywhere.

If it's cat puke, pick up the big chunks or hairball with a napkin. Then try to soak up a bit of the dampness with a paper towel & press down, don't rub up & down. Then spray the area so it soaks all the way down past the carpet fibers. Press down with a new paper towel & then spray again & wait awhile for it to really soak in.

Come back to it & it may be dried up so I just spray again & wipe down the area. If you rub the fibers up & down, my light beige carpet ends up being a slightly different color than the rest of the carpet from far away. Blot, blot blot! Nature's Miracle is my all around house cleaner for stains & cat messes.

I have 2 cats that are my babies. Sugar & Twinkie are the cutest cats around!! Total opposites of one another, they have been with me since they were a few months old. Now they are almost 7 years old. Here's their pic when they were babies...
